Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?

Shipping is available both domestically and internationally. Domestic orders within the United States generally arrive within 5 to 20 business days once the order has been processed, printed, and customized. International orders can take up to 2 months to arrive, depending on international customs, postal, and freight transit.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the average weight and dimensions of the ordered book. Packages are sent via USPS, and every shipment includes insurance and a tracking number so you can follow its progress right to your door.

How does the local pickup option work?

Local readers can choose physical pickup during checkout. Please provide a valid email address or phone number so you can be notified when your copy is ready. Pickup is currently arranged at the Bradford County Sheriff's Office in Starke, FL.

What should I do if my book arrives damaged?

If your book is damaged during transit, please photograph the evidence immediately and send it to the author. Once reviewed and confirmed, you may choose to keep the copy with a partial refund, or return it for a complete refund or replacement copy. Please note that general returns are not accepted except for items damaged upon arrival.
